And the Government of Mexico seems incapable of doing anything to stop the Cartels, whether because of fear or corruption, and the US Government also seems unwilling to do anything, whether because of a lack of interest or because of corruption in Washington. 2)

I believe a lot points to political corruption in both nations.

This is more important to the people of all of North America, and Latin America as well, than what is happening in Ukraine and Russia, yet the USA has spent $ 100 Billion on Ukraine, and 3)

annually half our Military Budget in Europe while Europeans do not bother spending to protect themselves.

The USA is not being damaged by Ukraine or Russia. It is being materially damaged by Mexican Drug cartels from drug smuggling and 4)

human trafficking to crime in American cities.

The solution is simple. Cooperation between Mexican Armed forces and US Armed forces, to go in and destroy the cartels by any means necessary. It is possible and it would work in a very short while... 5)

IF Ending the Cartels is what the Governments really want. Of course, if all the illegal cartel activity is profitable to political interests in Mexico City DF and Washington DC, I would then expect nothing to happen. 6)

The World Court decision in the early 20th Century in Mexico v USA would justify the US Military going into Mexico alone if need be to destroy the cartels and their assets. 7)

It would be wise for the Mexican authorities to work with the USA in this, but if they do not care about their own country enough to free their own people from corruption and violence, well…….." 8)
