which will make history for pursuing a case that no one else wanted, long past the statute of limitations. Does not sound so intelligent, does it.
But he has an interesting recent record. 2)
He sentenced felons to jail for a short period of time, already released, for viciously beating up and almost killing Jews and screaming antisemitic slogans while doing it.
I guess to Alvin Bragg, almost killing a Jew is about as serious as an unpaid parking ticket.

But he'll spend time and the city's funds, to try to prosecute someone for a misdemeanor that would deserve a fine if even convicted, that any idiot would know better than to think the statute of limitations is not there.

Even if he can stretch the complaint to a felony based on the idea that shutting up the woman helped Trump win the election, that would be a 5-year statute of limitations that would also be passed already. 5)
And if he can stretch it to a felony under the theory that the woman's paid silence was somehow an election campaign donation "in-kind" that could be very interesting, because then a lot of other donations might be considered contributions in kind --- 6)
like hiding the Biden laptop, like CNN's biased coverage, etc.
