We need to make a list of all those lawyers and Congressmen lawyers, who seem to think that a defendant is guilty based on an accusation -- because all an indictment is, is an accusation. 2)
And, contrary to what Schumer and Pelosi said today, this is the USA, where one need not prove innocence. One is innocent until proven guilty.
Now why do they not understand that?
