But Alvin Bragg, in his case against Donald Trump, claims the Constitution does not matter, that State Law does not require him to tell the defense anything. 2)
It is clear that Bragg is basing his entire case on a lie. He claims that a mislabelling a journal entry was intentional and lead to a violation of Federal Election Financing rules in a manner that was intended to affect an election. 3)
Let’s look closely at that, and maybe someone get Alvin Bragg a calendar.
(1). The check was written to Trump’s lawyer, so someone entered it as payment t to the lawyer, which it was. Anyone who has used Quickbooks or any other such program knows how this happens. 4)
(2). The check was issued in February 2017. Someone tell Bragg that one cannot affect an election in 2016 by writing a check in 2017. (Laughing yet?)
(3). Then comes the fact that a State prosecutor cannot try a case based on a Federal crime in a State court. 5)
