And showing you exactly what I did to see results.

First up! $12,500 in 7 days.
Let’s dive in…
A little background…
• she’s a fitness coach • 40k followers on Instagram but they’re not engaged • she couldn’t land clients • didn’t email her list • sold her 12-week program for $750
So you know what I did?
First…
I talked with her and convinced her to raise her prices to $1250.
$750 was too low and if she could only take on 10 clients at a time…
They deserved to be higher paying ones.
Then?
We needed a way to convert her super-fans to her email list (where we would sell).
So…
I took one of her old products that she sold for $19 and told her to update it.
After she did I said to her… “We’re going to give this away for free okay?”
She hesitated but ended up agreeing.
Now we have our lead magnet!
All we needed now was a funnel to promise on Insta…
I took the time to build: • an opt-in page • a thank you page with upsell to her $37 course • a welcome sequence to nurture leads
And within a week… We were ready to go.
So she mentioned the guide on her Instagram and we got about 100 people to go through the funnel.
And…
We saw a 65% conversion rate on the front end.
A 3% conversion rate on the thank you page.
But more importantly…
We started warming up leads and getting them primed and ready to want a 12-week program.
We sent this “welcome sequence” to her existing list as well (about 450).
After getting a couple of emails to: • introduce the coach • break down objections • push on some pain points
We were ready to go!
The next week we opened enrollment for her 12-week program.
But there were two “catches”…
Over that week we sent out 8 emails.
• breaking down objections • answering questions • lots more
We saw 30% opens and something happened…
She was booking calls!
We pushed people towards scheduling a call with her (a CTA I’ve changed now) and people were actually doing it!
She’s not a closer by any means but she essentially had a conversation with each of them and closed at 66%!
From there…
I created a Stripe payment link she could send to clients.
And they had to pay within 24 hours to be given access.
She ended up getting 10 new clients that week!
This transformation to me was insane…
From: • not landing ANY clients • not emailing her list • selling her 12-week program for $750
She went to: • landing 10 clients in a week • emailing her list more regularly • nearly doubling her prices!
All through the magical powers of targeted marketing :)
