· Stretch daily · Hydrate with water · Lift weights 3x a week · Walk 8-10k steps a day · Get 8 hours of quality sleep · Eat whole nutrient dense foods

If a 40 year old did these consistently he'd be in better shape & have more energy than the average 20 year old.
