Out of the 200+ iPhone tips I've shared, these 10 are the game-changers that most people didn't know about:
Scan documents and add them as PDFs in your notes app:
- Click on the photo icon
- Select scan documents
- Scan your documents and click save You now have a pdf in your note that is searchable:
Copy and paste text from a physical document into your notes app
- Click on the photo icon
- Select scan text
- Locate your text and click insert
Your text is now in your note as if you had written it manually.
Lift subject from the background
In iOS16 you can easily lift the subject from an image or isolate the subject by removing the background.
Open an image and long tap on the main subject. A shimmer will appear, and you can click "Copy". You can now paste the image elsewhere.
Customize your lock-screen in iOS16:

Hold on the lock screen. Then click Customise.

Click the image button in the bottom left to select your photos

Swipe left and right to change the style

Click on the clock to change font-style
Edit a message you just sent or unsend a recent message altogether
Long tap on the message you've just sent. From there, you can select "Undo Send" or "Edit".
You can switch between the last used apps by swiping on the bar at the bottom of your phone.
You can avoid clicking back, back, and back when deep into an app by long-pressing the back button.
Save a note as PDF (a hidden feature)

Open the note and tap share icon. Below the title, select Collaborate.

Tap on Collaborate and select Send a Copy. Swipe up further and tap Markup for PDF preview of your note.

Tap Done → Save File
You now have a pdf!
Schedule emails to be sent whenever you like
When sending a mail you can hold the send button and decide when to send the mail.
